Once you have approved the design schematic, Thomas Baio Architect issues the drawings to several contractors in order to obtain competitive estimates, evaluates those estimates, and helps you sign a contract for construction. We have a proven process that ensures you are protected from as much risk as possible before you sign the contract by ensuring that both you and the contractor have the proper insurance, that a fair and equitable payment schedule is established, that mechanics lien wavers are provided, etc.

Contract Administration

Thomas Baio Architect administers the contract for construction between you and the contractor. We ensure that the contractor is building the project according to the contract documents. Our goal is to protect you from the worst case scenario. We are an independent entity from the contractor. This allows us to administer the contract in a way that is fair for all parties involved.
