Every one of our custom house plan designs is unique. As such plans require sufficient time for thoughtful designing and detailing before a contractor drives the first nail. The care we give your new home before the construction begins ensures that every facet of your home is thoroughly understood, thereby minimizing expensive “fixes” or problems during and after construction. On average, a project takes approximately 3-5 months to develop prior to construction, and will cycle through the design process further discussed on the What to Expect page in the Services section of this website.
